cold staffpoor decorations
the arrival was not cute. sofa beds were not ready. the staff waiting for us was cold and disappointing. i requested the room be decorated for my daughter's birthday. i was asked if i was okay to pay 70 euros, but i received no response to my email. the decorations were not done. they did decorate the next day but the decorations for 70 euros were a letdown with a few balloons, a small bottle of sparkling wine, and some olives.

the hotel is close to the expo grounds. the metro station is also nearby, it provides easy access to the city center. i could leave my luggage before check-in and after check-out, this was convenient.
i arrived late, and the beds for the kids were not ready. i waited for someone to come after a long flight. every day before breakfast i was told i hadn't paid, i had to double check the receipts each time.

i really appreciated the convenient location near the exhibition i attended. the hotel offered good access to public transport! the room provided adequate space and cleanliness. i found the selfie printing machine quite unique and entertaining.
I did notice some minor wear on the bathroom edgings. The paint showed some peeling.
