uneven experience
unhelpful receptionist poor cleaning
The receptionist i encountered was unhelpful. she did not provide information about breakfast times or wifi details. also, the room cleaner did a poor job. The bed wasn't made and dirty towels were left behind.

poor air conditioning street noise
The air conditioning was quite poor . it struggled to cool the room adequately. i also noticed that the soundproofing was not optimal. Street noise was audible at times, especially early in the morning. this made it difficult to get a fully restful sleep. the combination of inadequate air conditioning and noticeable street noise affected my overall comfort.

Fantastic Hotel Stay!
quirky touch friendly staff water bottle
I appreciated the swings in the lobby. It added a quirky touch. There was also a photo booth available. The staff was friendly. They all speak English. Rooms were quiet. they were dark, important for sleeping. I really liked the water bottle. I am still using this back home.
I noticed limited breakfast options during all four days of my stay. The egg station looked to be failing. Guests struggled with its self-service setup. It really seemed like a pity.

Breakfast had good selection. I found almost everything there. There was fresh juice and fruit available. Pancakes and waffles were offered. eggs and soup. The bacon and ham were delicious.

The room was very clean and tidy every day. It was also super quiet, which I appreciated. Check-in and check-out were both easy and fast. The room size was adequate.

cold staff poor decorations
the arrival was not cute. sofa beds were not ready. the staff waiting for us was cold and disappointing. i requested the room be decorated for my daughter's birthday. i was asked if i was okay to pay 70 euros, but i received no response to my email. the decorations were not done. they did decorate the next day but the decorations for 70 euros were a letdown with a few balloons, a small bottle of sparkling wine, and some olives.

a decent stay overall
metro station easy access luggage storage paris expo convenient location unprepared beds arrival issue repeated payment breakfast payment staff delay
the hotel is close to the expo grounds. the metro station is also nearby, it provides easy access to the city center. i could leave my luggage before check-in and after check-out, this was convenient.
i arrived late, and the beds for the kids were not ready. i waited for someone to come after a long flight. every day before breakfast i was told i hadn't paid, i had to double check the receipts each time.

i really appreciated the convenient location near the exhibition i attended. the hotel offered good access to public transport! the room provided adequate space and cleanliness. i found the selfie printing machine quite unique and entertaining.
I did notice some minor wear on the bathroom edgings. The paint showed some peeling.
